Return Window
Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return

Proof of purchase (such as your order number or email) must be provided.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will be pleased to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a refund.

Exchanges
We process exchanges only for products that are:

Once your exchange is approved, we will promptly ship a replacement.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your original method of payment will be credited within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (such as a damaged or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable delivery service for all returns.
Please note we are not liable for packages that are lost in transit.
