By accessing this website and placing an order, you’re agreeing to follow these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the site.

1. Our Products

All items available on PurpleMonkeyPrints are made to order using 3D-print technology (FDM).

Please be aware:

• Colors may appear slightly different due to your screen’s settings.

• Small imperfections may be present — this is a normal part of the 3D-printing process.

• Custom orders are made just for you and are non-refundable.

2. Orders

• Once you place an order:

• A confirmation email will be sent to you.

• Standard orders typically enter production within 12–48 hours, depending on current queue.

• Personalized or custom orders may take 3–7 business days to produce.

3. Payments

• We currently process payments through E-Transfer only.

• All prices are displayed in Canadian currency and may fluctuate based on your location and taxes.
  
  

4. Shipping

• We ship our products worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery estimates will appear at checkout. 

Please note:

• PurpleMonkeyPrints is not liable for customs charges or delays.

• We are not responsible for orders that are lost due to incorrect delivery details

5. Refunds & Returns

•  We do not accept returns on custom or personalized products, except in cases where the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery.

6. Intellectual Property
